TaxCode Creation

Hi,

Iam trying to create a new Tax formula, but i got an error like this

Exclusive code already exists , '54' [Message 173-13]

This entry already exists in the following tables 'Tax Formula Master Table' (OFML) (ODBC -2035) [Message 131-183]

please help,
