Problem with forwarding Workitems

Hello experts!

If i forward a Workitem to another user, the WI is displayed in the folder "Forwarded WI" in my outbox, but the receiver does not receive the Workitem in his inbox.

If i run "SWI2_ADM1 - Work items without agents", i can find the forwarded Workitems.

Does anybody have an idea?

It works for me. Check if RH_LOCAL_INBOX_GET shows it for user.

Also check Su01 workflow setting for User,

No, RH_LOCAL_INBOX_GET does also only show the Workitems which where not forwarded.

What do you mean with "workflow setting for User"?.

This is the entry of one user.

WLC X X XX X 00000 Workflow: User-specific settings

I don't think, that this is a problem of user settings because forwarding does not work with any user. Every other workflow functions work perfectly...
