Archiving using SARA

Hi

I just ran archiving (Write) on SARA for FI Document , I selected the period i wanted to run for and ran the job , I normally just execute the delete program after doing the write step , I select archiving selection and the option for deleting is normally there, but this time there is nothing.

Is there a way to see if this data for that period was actually archived?

Stupid question but can you actually duplicate archiving documents?

Hi Kamal,

You can go to SARA->job log. Here you can see the job details and also a spool where you could see the log for archive run. (the level of details in the archive log depends on what you selected in the archive variant).

Yes, if nothing was archived, you wont get the option of running deletion on that archive session.

I am not clear about your other question of duplicating.
