Hello,
we are implementing the standard version management for PR and PO.
The customer is aking us to have the possibility to print not only the actual version but also the saved version of the document with the data contained in that version ( e.g. if we are at version 1 the customer wants be able also to print the version 0 with the data tied to the version 0).
I think that that the are no standard functions for PR, but i'm wondering if there are standard functions for the external documents (PO, contract, ..). Can someone help me?
Thans in advance.
Mario
Hi
If you test the PO version process wuth standarad form MEDRUCK you can see that the system captures only the version related changes and prints in the Version change document.
If you are using a custom developed form then you need to capture these changes from the tables and uodate the same as per the requirement.
Obviously no standard config is helpful, you need to develop the functionality fo deriving the data and then process the output,
Thanks & Regards
Kishore

Thanks Kishore,
when You say 'If you test the PO version process wuth standarad form MEDRUCK you can see that the system captures only the version related changes and prints in the Version change document.' do You mean that only the changes of the version are printed or the full version data are printed?
Thanks
Mario
