How to restore PL08 database to PL10 Database

Hi Experts

I have a company database in B1 2007 PL08 which I want to restore in B1 2007 PL10 . When i restore the database and run the SAP. It ask for update the database after clicking on ok it start to create database. When Actually start the company it does not show any transaction , however it has master data. What can be the solution?
