payroll calculation for absence hours

Hi SAP Gurus,

Absence hours should be reduced and calculation of payroll should be based on 0007 infotype.

I have maintained 8 hrs a day shift in 0007 infotype.We have one more shift 10 hrs a day.If the emp is substituted for the 10 hrs a shift in 2003 infotype in payroll, when he is taking leave in the substituted days automatically system is deducting the substituted hours as absense hours per day.

But the client requirement is even though the emp is substituted the absence hours should be calculated as in 0007 infotype.
