Unable to Assign Roles to users in Child Systems

Hi Gurus

I'm unable to assign roles to users in child systems from Solution Manager. When I go to the Role tab the system column is missing. What suprises me is that profiles assignment to child systems is possible since the system column is present when you go to the profiles tab and you can pick any child system
