Dunning

Hi All,

i am unable to get a print of dunning run, can anyone please let me know what could be the reason for the same, when i check the log its showing up all the details like dunning level1 is processed , dunning charges being charged, but for print it says job cancelled after system exception error_message.

and in the front screen the message is select and print has terminated.

can anyone please let me know what could be the reason
