Special Production Order

Dear All,

I want to create an special production order,

but it seem that the special production order still control by the level of the bom,

which mean for example

in my BOM need to create Semi-Finished Good A the Semi-Finished Good B

in Special, I want to First create Semi-Finished Good B then only Semi-Finished Good A

but the system don allow,

it stated there 'Item already defined at a higher level in the production tree".

As I understand, Special Production Order should not be control by BOM, it is a bug???

when the process under bom i need to create sfg A then only go to sfg B.

so now i want to create sfg B first then only go back to sfg A, so it is the other way round from the original bom.

as i understand i can ignore the bom design when i use special production order, but it seem error message pop up.

I believe those SFG BOMs have logic issues so that system could not resolve. If those steps could be bypassed first and focus on the FG, you should be fine with the results. Then rethinking how the system could reflect your actual production process.

I need to create an item which from parent item to child item, the other way round from the original BOM.

When you say the other way round from the original BOM, it sounds like you have a circulated definition of your BOM. Please explain clearly what are those two BOMs.
