All,
I'm using Inbox to view work items (PR) awaiting for release.
However, the list in Inbox can't show me who the PR Requisitioner was until I launched the work item.
Is there anyway in SPRO to add the PR Requisitioner column in the list?
Hi,
I dont think it is possible. You can view the name of the workflow initiator in the inbox. Go to SAP Inbox. Select icon select layout. Then in change layout option you can add the field Actual Agent. This way you can get the name of the person responsible for creation of that particular workitem.

Raj

Arghadip,
The guide is fantastic. However, not for SAP Workflow dummy like me.
I had roughly checked - we're currently using object BUS2105 (Purchase Requisition) and as such Requisitioner field is not in the Object Attributes.
BUS2009 (Purchase requisition item) instead is having Requisitioner field in its Attributes list.
And the potentially conflicting situation is our PR approval is by overall PR, not by PR item. Can I change the object to BUS2009 instead of BUS2105?
Appreciate for your advice.
I think you can create an attribute in your custom Business Object which is a subtype of BUS2105 and then delegate it to BUS2105 by going to SWO1->Settings->Delegate.
The attribute should be Database atttribute which will refer to field EBAN-ERNAM.
After this you can use it in dunamic columns.
Thanks
Arghadip
