Hi all,

When i try to post goods issue in vl02n, i have this message :

Commitment item 1000/0000//6110000000 does not exist

Diagnosis

Commitment item 6110000000 does not exist in FM area 1000, fiscal year 0000, and variant .

Procedure

Check your entries.

I'm new on SAP and i'm learning SD.

Someone can help me please?

Hi ,

You have activated the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AREA for which the commitment item is mandatory.

In the enterprise structre, goto Assignment and remove the FMA assignment to your company code.

Hope it will work.

It works but now, i have an other error message :

Cost element for balance sheet account cannot be posted to Cost center

Message no. KI097

Diagnosis

You are posting to a balance sheet account that is created in Controlling (CO) as a statistical cost element ( cost element category 90). You post the cost element for this balance sheet account to a CO account assignment object (Cost center 1000/FAB1).

Use of cost element category 90 is intended for the following account types only:

Asset reconciliation accounts

Material stock accounts for valuated sales order stock or project stock

System Response

The system rejects the posting to Cost center with cost element category 90.

Procedure

Either:

Do not post the balance sheet account to account assignment object Cost center,

or

In Customizing, switch off message KI098.

You can now create a cost element of category 90 for any balance sheet account in CO. This means that you can specify all CO account assignment objects for these cost elements.

What can i do?

Hello,

Remove also the CONTROLLING AREA assignment to Company code in the Enterprise structre-->assignment->controlling.

It will work.

Hi,

Pls remove the entry of Controlling area for your company code in the T.Code OX19.

Or the path is:

SPRO>Enterprise structure>Assignment>Controlling>Assign company code to controlling area.

I can't remove the controlling area for my company code. I have teh error message :

Deletion not possible (master data). Message no. KT302

Diagnosis

You want to delete the assignment company code 1100 to controlling area 1000. This is not possible because controlling area 1000 includes master data assigned to company code 1100:

CSKS: Cost Center Master Data

Procedure

Before you can delete the assignment, you must delete all master data in controlling area 1000 referring to company code 1100.

I don't know how delete master data...

Hello,

Directly delete the Controlling area maintenance in the Enterpries structure.

Goto IMG->ENTERPRISE STRUCTRE->CONTROLLING--->MAINTAIN CONTROLLING AREA.

Select your controlling area and delete this.

If you still have difficulty in deleting then

Goto Controlling in IMG->controlling->general controlling->maintain controlling area-> select your controlling aea

And deactivate it for the fiscal year 2009 and deactivate the cost centres .

Then your issue will be resolved

Hi,

This controlling data will be maintained in OX06 T.Code.

The path is:

SPRO>Enter prise structure>Definition>Controlling>Maintain controlling area-->Maintain Controlling Area.

Similarly cost centers will be maintained in:

SPRO>Enter prise structure>Definition>Controlling>Create cost centers.

Diagnosis

You assigned an account to a cost center. However, no cost centers are active for controlling area 1000 in fiscal year 2009.

System Response

This posting is not allowed.

Procedure

Activate Cost Center Accounting for fiscal year 2009 using CO configuration.

What can i do?

Please check whether the cost centre is assigned to CO object in OKB9.
