In CRM Interaction Center - After Account Identification, When i try to create a Contact person by entering Name, Telephone, email/fax, its taking entered details.
But when i try to create a Contact person by entering Name, Telephone number WITHOUT EMAIL/FAX, its creating Contact person and adding default email/fax to contact from Account ID details. I think its a standard functionality.
I have a requirement to stop this adding default email/fax from Account details when we left blank in contact create page.
Please help me with the possible solutions for this requirement.
