PI sheet does not appear in CO60

Gurus,

I am working on PI sheet.

I've done basic configuration for PI sheet.

I am able to see PI sheet in process Order --> operations --> Select phase - Process Instruction --> select process instruction and click on PI assistant --> Select control instruction click on ABAP List / Browser. But if I go to CO60 and give appropriate selection condition system is not showing any PI sheet.

Am I missing something?

Did you release the order and once the control recipe is created , then only you can watch the PI sheet.

Hi Ratan,

Yes, I've released the order and system shows 'control recipe 100000000000000044 created for destination 01' under log for PI generation / Ctrl. Recipe creation.

If I give this number in CO60 with other selection criteria system gives message 'No PI sheet matching the selection criteria has been found

Message no. C0596'

If I give this number in CO58 system give message 'PI sheet does not exist or it has not yet been sent

Message no. C0566'

Do I need to sent PI sheet?

You need to send the Control recipe in CO53.

You can see the PI sheet if the Control recipe destination type is 1 or 4.

Hi Ratan,

Thank you for reply. Now I can see PI sheet in CO58.

Can we automate this? I mean do we need to send PI sheets everytime manally a process order is created?

Schedule a Event driven Batch job for Control recipe sending With Event for every Control recipe creation.
