How to enable GOS "Store business document" in CJ20

Hi experts,

For some reason is the GOS menu item "Store business document" no enabled in cj20, i.e. it is greyed out.

We are well aware that there are several customizing settings involved in this generic functionality but we are running out of ideas what might cause this issue as we have checked all the settings. At least as far as we know.

Do you have ideas or hints. Any help or recommendation is highly appreciated.
