Opportunity replicating to R/3 to create order

Hi All,

I have a Business Scenario: when opportunity created in crm system with '100%' success chance then it gets replicate to R/3 to create order in R/3.

In crm system some where the condition is maintained to transfer the Opportunity to R/3 (i.e. when success chance = 100%).

Can any one tell where this condition must be maintained to transfer the Opportunity to R/3.

or is there any middleware Programs/setiings are there to achieve this.

Hi,

By standard you cannot transfer an opportunity to the backend ECC system. However you can create an ECC quotation document in ECC with reference to a CRM Opportunity.

The configuration for this can be done at the following path in IMG:

SAP Implementation Guide --> Customer Relationship Management --> Transactions --> Settings for Opportunities --> Cross-system Copy Control for Opportunity and SAP-ECC Quotation

Hi Gaurav,

As am working with CRM 3.1 system, so this config. path is not available. Can you please tell how to do this for crm 3.1 system. As this is Business requirement is already implemented, but for documentation i need to find what has been done to achieve this Replication to R/3.

Hi,

This functionality is available from CRM 5.0 and is not available in CRM 3.1.
