Attributes on User settings

Hi experts,

I am facing a problem regarding maintance of attributes on a user.

When I logon as a user, Active settings, activate the tab called 'Attributes', I can only see some of the attributes we are using. Why can't I se all the attributes which are activated in the table T770MATTSC?

Is the access for controled in autorisation?
