return to vendor through notification

Hi all,

how do i process return to vendoe through notification.

In notification type Q2 and F2,return to vendor link in action box is not active?

Why is it so?

you can activate action box at following path:

SPRO --> QM --> quality notification --> notification processing. --> Additional notification function --> Define action box.

Dear Shreya

Make the action box active by going to the config. Make sure that you have QM-G2 task codes available in the system
