Hello,
I have two questions concerning the rf-monitor (LRF1).
1. Where do I setup the proportion? I don't find it in the customizing.
I am told that you can set up the reasons when the green or red light is shown.
For example:
1 User - 1 TO = green light
2 Users - 6 TOs = red light
1 User - 5 TOs = red light
4 Users - 1 TO = red light
2. Where do I set the TO priority?
The priority is shown for example in lrf1 (sap-filed TAPRI). But i cannot find a way to set the prio of a TO.
Can you help me please?
Thanks a lot..
best regards
Answer to your second question is that you by drag & drop you can assign or change the priority of TO in RF queue.

My question has been answered

Yes, we already had this.
But is it possible that the system sets a higher prio automatically, if it is an order for customer XY?
Or is it only possible to set the prio by drag & drop?
Example:
All TOs have a normal prio.
But if there is a TO for customer XY it will be on top automatically.

Question 1 is answered. THANKS!!
Question 2:
I thought you can set the priority automatically.
For example depending on the customer:
That means, if there is an order from customer XY, the accrued TO must be processed at once (highest prio). Is this scenario SAP standard?

Hi,
For question 2, the priority of a TO is normally adopted from preceding document (TR or Delivery Notes).
The priority of TR is derived from priority setup of the WM movement type (V_T333-TBPRI), which means you can setup priority of a TO according to a specific movement type.
The priority of DN can be found in the header data of the DN (LIKP-LPRIO), which means you can influence the priority of a TO by setting priority of the preceding DN.
Hope this answers your question.
Cheers
Hi,
Answer to 1. Where do I setup the proportion? I don't find it in the customizing.
The configuration is with RF queue setup, which can be found via SPRO IMG > Logistic Execution > Mobile Data Entry > RF Queue Management > Define Queues.
The two "Capac.used" fields define the threshold value for the ratio between the workload and the users of a queue. The queue traffic light changes its colour from green to yellow (left field) or from yellow to red (right field).
If, for example, six transfer orders (TOs) are to be processed by three users, the relation is 2.0.
- The queue tranffic light is green if the relation is less than the value given in the left relation field.
- The queue traffic light is yellow if the relation is greater than or the same as the value specified in the right field.
- The queue traffic light is red if the relation is greater than or the same as the value specified in the left relation field.
Answer to 2. Where do I set the TO priority?
The priority of a TO can be changed by dragging (using your mouse) the TO up or down in the list in LRF1.
