You can use F.31 Reprt.
Similarly F.34 report also you can use.
S_ALR_87009994,S_ALR_87012216,S_ALR_87009995,S_ALR_87012217 T.Codes.
Among all these any one you can use.
For all standard reports,Just goto Easy access sceen,enter the T.Code as SAP1.You will all list of standard reports.
But the problem here is nothing contains the payment terms.You have to copy this code and Maintain the logic for this payment terms for your report.Take help from your ABAPer.Develop a Z report with that enhancement.
