Hi Experts,

While creating manual reservation through MB21 order field is showing mandatory can you suggest how to avoid the same.

Hi,

Go to OMBW and select the movement type and set the field as required or optional as the case may be.

Then go to MB21 and test the same.

Go to transaction code OMBW and select the movement type and then double click on account assignment category and here you can set the order field as optional.

In standard system it is not mandatory field.

There is no screen lay out settings for MB21.

is order field made mandatory for your organisation ?
