Bilingual Master Data (English & Arabic)

Dear Consultants,

We have default language as English and system is ARABIC language enabled.

Some of the users would like to access in English and others would like to have it in Arabic.

The question is, can we upload the master data in both the languages. It is like having an undentical information in every infotype in both the languages for all the employees.

Hi

We can not upload the master data both in Arabic and English. If you will upload the master data in both the languages then system will behave very differently in reports. System will pass junk values in reports etc.

So I will recomment you to finalise the fields which your user wants to store and go for a Z customized infotype tio store all the required fields.

Even If user Log in with the Arabic language then the field texts only will be in the arabic language not the input fields. Input fields will be in Arabic if your PC language will be in Arabic. In this case you can use only one language. Not both

Hi,<br> If you try to upload both data together certain infotypes react differently. My recommendations would be to keep the Eng data in a seperate load from the other language.
