Goods Receipt Problem

Hi all,

I have created a Sub-Contracting PO . I have done the corresponding Goods Issue . Now in the time of GR I am having the following error

"Fld selectn for mvmt type 543 / acct 400020 differs for Asset retirement (016)

Message no. M7093

Diagnosis

Comparison of the field selection strings from movement type 543 and G/L account 400020 has revealed that there is an incompatible field selection combination at one or more points.

Field for which the field selection is different: Asset retirement"

I have already run the report report RM07CUFA , but when I am giving the movement type 543 is is giving an error "Field selection is not supported for mvmt type 543

Message no. OM403"

Please suggest what to do now .

regards,

Anupam

    Hi,

Check the field status group in the create/bank/interest TAB of G/L Account 400020 in T.code: FS00.

And also check the field selection variant in the T.code: OMJJ for 343 movement type.

    Regards,

      Hi Biju K,

I have checked as per your instruction .

The field status group of account 400020 in company code Z001 in G030.

But in OMJJ I did not find any field selection variant( may be this is because I don't know how to see the variant from OMJJ)

Please suggest what to do now .

      Regards,

      Anupam

In OMJJ first enter the movement type and after selecting this movement type double click on Field selection and then again select the movement type and click on Icon of lens.

Now you can see the field selection for this movement type.

    Hi,

The field asset retirement will be in the in the field selection ---asset accounting in both the moment type field selection as well for the GL account field status group . you can change the field status to either optional or display etc by going to the individual transactions of OMJJ or the GL account field status at FS00 by double clicking the field staus group Create Tab .

Or if you run the program RM07CUFA , it will compare both the things and will provide you the comparison and you can take the display errors and by double clicking the moment type or fields status grp GL, you can go to the change screen of the moment type or field status of GL account and change it accordingly.

    Regards,

      Hi Anupam,

Check the stock special. I think thats its 543 O, not E. Thats why you dont find any difference.

Chech in the MIGO the movement for the sub assembly materials. Maybe its not E and thats the problem
