tax indicator missing in master data

Hi Everyone,

Iam trying to create a customer master record,In which i found tht the tax indicator is missing.And in even material master aslo the indicator is mising.please can anyone give me the reason?And how to solve this problem? Iam using India as country in all my settings.

As you have not maintained in OVK1 the Tax Country with Tax Category,you are facing this Problem.

After assignment,Go to XD02 & MM02 as per your respective Codes and maintain the Tax Code against them.

Hi Friend,

If Tax Indicators are missing in both CUSTOMER & MATERIAL MASTER,

You have to maintain them in the OVK1 for your country and in OVK3 for your tax category against the Tax condition.

Then they will appear atomatically.

Hi There,

Please check the settings at Spro IMG --> SD -->Basic functions >taxes>Define tax relevancy for master records

maintain for Customer Taxes (Cust Mater) and Material Taxes (MMR)

Also make sure these fields should not be suppressed. Check in OBD2, sales area, Billing tab for customer account group.
