Unable to draw Sales Docs from Sales Orders

Hello All,

In my client system, the users are not able to create A/R Invoices or deliveries from Sales Orders for some of the customers. For other customers, it is working fine and they are able to create A/R Invoices or deliveries from Sales Orders. I would like to know why it can happen only with few customers.
