We need to skip the Shop Selection after the user logon in B2B scenario, we tried adding the Shop parameter in the user access Url of the user Logon but without success.
Check the URL parameter is Shop - may be it is case sensitive! Also check if the shop you have input is actually defined. Another thing to check if the user you have used to test has authorization to use that shop.
Open your B2B XCM settings, General Application settings->Customer->B2b->B2bconfig->In the compoent configution details, maintain "false" in Show .Start.JSP.
