How to deactivate Personnel Settings in Filter Pane Select values

Hello Experts,

We have filter pane in the BEx report to filter the employee list. User can filter employees by selecting the Employee in the filter pane, when user opt to edit Employee it takes to the selection value screen. In this screen we have one ICON for settings. If user selects this icon he can see all the attributes from the Employee Characteristic. Which we want to restrict from the user.

Is there any way to deactivate these settings icon? If possible how can we do that. Thanks in advance.
