Got a Connection Test Error while configuring SSO

Hi,

Error:

An HTTP/S connection to http:// /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui was not obtained successfully; this might be due to a closed port on the Firewall.

The IP number & port is correct which I have maintained.

Kindly,give me the solution...

Hi Sandeep,

Just follow the below steps to perform the test which Michael suggested:

Goto System Admin --> Support --> SAP Application --> SAP Transaction

Then Select the system which you are trying to connect & run a transaction which you are authorized to.

If it moves into the system then the SSO seems to be working fine.

Don't worry about the connection test, instead try to make an SAP transaction iView that uses SAPGUI for HTML to access that system alias. That's a more useful test!
