Data Audit - where is the data?

Hello Experts,

I enabled Data Auditing for all categories in Sales application, but I don't see any data in BPCExtra database AuditDataSales. I am auditing all tasks and have scheduled synchronization every 15 minutes... Am I missing something?

Have you checked currently enabled category member in data audit administration page? Data audit is enabled or disabled by category.

You can also check AuditDataTmpSales table in Extra database. If you have audit data in Tmp table, probably problem is synchronization. So, check these to detect your problem.

I should've closed this thread earlier... For some reason "Enable Data Activity" was unchecked. So, everything is working.
