Transaction channels in CRM7.0 - which ones to use

I am using CRM 7.0 and I am creating transactions. I am configuring a Call Center ( Interaction Center) and wanted to know what these Channels are used for:

GUI CRM WEB CLIENT UI

IAC Interaction Center

ICW Interaction Center Webclient

when I launch the IC thru the webclient using the channel setting GUI CRM WEB CLIENT UI the transaction does not show up anymore.

Well this topic has been covered in the CRM Webclient UI forum and in general it should be valid for CRM 52/2007/7.0:

Basically the point is that when you assign one transaction a channel, all transactions without a channel will not appear unless they are also assigned.

You might want to look in the CRM Webclient UI forum as there is a lot of knowledge of issue that would still apply to CRM 7.0
