Dear Experts,
Each week, orders spools printing are blocked . In SM21 i have plenty of this message :
Cannot Create Spool File. Error 28, File Name /usr/sap/.. rspoyunx 1
When i restart SAP instance, i can print with no problem.
Filesystems are ok, i used SAPD tcode for cleaning old spool orders. i used RSBTCDEL job for cleaning batchs logs.
Best regards
Alan
Hi,
I will suggest that you should run the report RSPO1043 and delete all the inconsistency whatever is listed in the report and make sure that this report is running on daily basis in your system.
Please also make sure that you are running all the SAP standards jobs in the system. For more details, please refer to below note.
"Note 16083 - Standard jobs reorganization jobs"

Hi,
Are you executing report RSPO0041 daily basis?. RSBTCDEL deletes job logs. RSPO0041 delete old spool reqs. Please check that.
Also check Note 48400 - Reorganization of TemSe and Spool
Thanks
Sushil

Just as info:
RSPO0041 is obsolete and has been replace by RSPO1041:
Note 130978 - RSPO1041 - Replacement for RSPO0041
It has a lot more options to configure and better performance.
I know, SAP still delivers the old one in SM36 - Default Jobs...
