Hi Experts,
In the scenario of effluent treatment, one of the approaches maybe to plan the raw materials through reorder point planning and issue them against cost centers during treatment. But if the company, for the sake of tracking batches of treatment, insists on making a dummy ETP material and creates planned orders which are finally converted to process orders and after GI of the raw materials promptly does TECO for such orders, what are the impacts this may have ?
As there is no initial stock for that dummy ETP FG, and during subsequent process orders no GR takes place, the stock remains zero. But can this affect any other organizational function adversely ? Please advise.
