We are trying to integrate "ServiceNow" ticketing tool with SAP Solman.Can somebody share some documents/guide please.

Do you want to sync tickets between ServiceNow and Solman Service Desk or do you want to integrate SolMan Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure with ServiceNow?

Are you trying to integrate Service now with help SOA Webservices? Are you on Solution manager 7.2 if yes standard web service sap has proposed for integration
Hope service now have certified API's
