Is IPC Mandatory for creating ERP sales order through CRM Web Channel?

Hi All,

We are currently using CRM 7.0 and implementing a Web Shop. We are directly creating ERP Sales Orders through CRM Web Channel which is a new functionality in CRM 7.0

My doubt is- do we need to install IPC also for this or it will fetch the pricing details from ERP?

It will fetch the pricing details from ERP.

That's true. Just to elaborate more on this:

In this scenario, you don't need IPC if you are not interested in customer specific pricing in the catalog and if you don't need product configuration in your sales orders.
