PO change version workflow

hi all,

In SRM, when delivery date is changed, PO change version approval workflow gets triggered. whereas it should trigger the approval when there is change in only PO values. otherwise approval is not required.

As Surjith suggested follow his comments and additionally create an attribute in your Custom Business Object that check what type of changes it is. If it is relevant set it to X and use it in start condition.

When I replicated the same senario in SRM quality system, it didn't trigger the approval workflow again for delivery date change.

Is it perhaps not creating an event in Quality that it does crate in Development when the date is changed? Or are the linkages in SWE2 different?

Hi,

1) While you changing the 'Date' & 'Value' same event is triggering

2) This you can control via 'Start Condition'

Create an attribute (flag) in the BO, if Only PO Values change set the value to u2018Xu2019, then in the start condition if flag = 'X' start the workflow.
