excice opening & closing balance

dear all

for Register how system calculate opening & closing balance for selection date is there any

fuctional module for the same . I want to develop new report as per business requirement in which opening & closing balance of register RG23 A /C part 2 is required for BED ,ECS SECess & AED

can anybody guide me on the same

Hi

Idealy there should not be any difference between the Excise Registers and GL balances. In that case you can take the transaction code FS10N for the GL balance of the Excise GL accounts. Just go through transaction code J2I5 or J2I6 and confirm whether the Excise balance is equal to GL balance in your case and then decide.

go to tcode FS10n or FBl3N

you will get each period opening and closing balance.

you have to give the g/l account of BED,CESS & SHECESS AND CHECK THE SAME IN THE ABOVE TCODE
