MSS Roles


The are a lot of roles that can be assigned to users in MSS. But which basic MSS roles need to be given to users for all the functionality to work properly? For e.g. in our case only when I give superAdmin role to the user, the following functionalities work:

1. In Personnel change rquest (PCR), Adobe forms open properly with all fields filled with values and enterable.

2. In UWL, under task tab, Approve/Reject button appear only with super admin role.

I have already tried assigning the following few roles selectively (even combinations) but they don't help:

Manager self service

ERP Common


HR administrator

Self service specialist

Every user core role

We can't assign superadmin role to everyone to make this work. Therefore what are the exact basic roles that need to be assigned instead of superAdmin?
