Is Script format provided by SAP can be used as Smartform for Pre Printed format. Can values mapped from the same?

No You cannot use the script provided by SAP for preprinted format. All the values will flown in to ARE1 standard.

If you are using pre printed format for ARE-1 then you have to develop a smart form as per the preprinted format

If you are using a pre printed ARE1 then you have develop a smartform so that the allignment of vlues will be clear

Yes you can use the standard script provided SAP for ARE1 and ARE3
