Is there need to register the domain name

Hello All.

I have created an application and I have put the application in the portal.

But it is not possible to run the url from outside our network.

We tried using the IP address.

Still it shows the page cannot be displayed.

Do we need to register our domain so that the application will accessible from other networks too.

Please help me in this regard.
