Error in HTTP Access

For photo upload when we use tcode OAAD, we get the following error:

Error in HTTP Access: IF_HTTP_CLIENT->RECEIVE 1 ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED.

We have done all IMG settings required and activated the content server service also.

Tcode: SMICM also shows:

ICM Status: Running

Restart After Error true

Trace Level (0-3): 1

Created Worker Threads: 10 / 10 / 50

Connections Used: 0 / 4 / 500

Queue Entries Used: 0 / 4 / 500
