Email Template Language

Hi Experts,

System: SAP CRM 2007 WEB UI (ERMS)

With regards to Email Templates (mail forms) there is option to create a mail form only in English Language. After creation, one can maintain deferent version in different languages (with the use of Translate button under MORE dropdown). The problem is when we search the email form, only forms with Language ENGLISH are displayed and the agents do not have any option to pick mail forms in different languages. How can this be made possible? Am I missing some step?
