Commitment item not available - Still project not able to close

Hi

I have a customer issue. The user is not able to close one of the WBS elements.

The error is still a purchasing requisition commitment for WBS element.T.1000XXX.

Message type E number KO 448

Steps taken till now.

1) Checked CJI5 for open commit item, found the PR.

PR number not available in EBAN.

but in COOI it was available.

Our system has already implemented OSS note 334851.

So ran program and deleted the PR number entry from COOI table.

But still not able to close the Project WBS. I am getting the same error till now

Any comments on the same is appreciated.

Thanks for the feed back from your end.

The issue is with the Purc request entry in COOI table. for some reasons ( like re run of planning run ) or any other reason the purch request is not created but there is a table entry in COOI. it is not in EBAN or any purch tables.

Our system is bit old 4.6 c which had implemented notes 100409.the program name is ZKAOIDE0.

By executing this the inconsistency of commitment line entry related to project is erased.

the issue is solved on this

Pl note that there should be an entry an entry in COOI table. If the entry is deleted we cannot clear it and we have to look for some other possibility.

Kindly check the PO have status u201CDelivery Completeu201D and u201CFinal Invoice" and try to close the project.

Please execute Transaction codes CJEN and CJBN. Hope it will solve your problem
