Can anyone please help
Not sure whats happened but for some reason when users log into WEBI, they select options to Create or Modify a report and the application starts the Java applet report panel but it sticks on Loading Fonts window and just hangs there.
When attempting to load a previous instance then it just sticks on "Please wait whie the document is being processed"
This occurs on all users machines and also on the server.
Any ideas?

Following information might be helpful in resolving the issue.
Investigating Network - traffic seems to be lost between Tomcat WAS and BOE (different servers Win2003). This can happen on an instance or a report (any document type - WebI, DeskI in customer environment)
Tomcat Manager shows a GET request at the time of clicking on the report link & it stays until it times out - the request is never serviced
Broadcom Software & Network Teaming (2 cards) enabled. Broadcom network software has been known to cause problems with BOE under load & is unsupported so recommending removing this software & unteaming the cards
