Change Email Subject in offline approval's email reply

Hello,

I got a requirement to change the offline approval's email reply's subject line?. ie) say when the user clicks on 'approve by email', email opens with subject line '#EBP_GEN_REPLY# Approval of the work item', i want to add SC # in the subject line. Anyhow has worked on such requirement,pls reply back.

Also, would like to know, how the email is been composed ( including subject and content ), when the user clicks on link 'Approve by email', how the mail content ( #WFTECHINFOS#00F3D1395134D34D34D36D7CEF5F41512DB5DB5FBE#WFTECHINFOE#You can then enter an approval note.#NOTM# ) is been generated??
