Execute as a specified OS user

Dear developers

Some of our scripts for the administration on Unix of CPS in our company need to run as a specific user. The scheduler installation comes with the scheduler parameter default_os_user equal that specific user. Recently everybody in our team had to get personal accounts on all Unix machines. Now these jobs try to run as our personal os user accounts and not that specific os user anymore and therefore the jobs all fail. Is there any way to make the jobs run as that specific user without having to define credentials for all our unix servers?

Many thanks for your inputs & ideas
