Delete master data (Bulding, BU and property)

Hi experts,

We have to delete master data of of our QUA system (Bulding, BU and property).

It looks like we have SAP ask to archive data before deleting them:

1/ Is there any way to delete data directly?

2/ If not, do you know any transactions/programs to write in mass the TSUP code?

Hi Julien,

You can delete Master data.. Please follow the steps..

1. Goto SPRO (for Flexible Real Estate)

2. Under Tools goto deletion of Real Estate object without archiving.

3. Select Object which you want to delete

4. Goto REBDBU Tcode and enter company, Business entity, Building number and DON'T PRESS ENTER

5. goto menu bar " Building" and select delete

Same for Property

If you want to do mass delete, try BDC.

Thank you for the answer but it looks like it is only working if RE FX is activated.

What do you mean by BDC?
