DTW Chart of account ?

Dear Expert,

When I open error file and in log is show "Invalid Code (OACT.acttpe) Appln defined or object defined err 65171

Error File

Please tell me what i have input wrong ?

Notes I am loading first Revenues acc,then Exp acc and after that other level tree.

I also made diff text feil for each account ...

so what way I am loading is right one ...please tell me step how to load COA if I am wrong ...?
