Dear Experts,

We are not getting downtime duration for notification type N2 & N4 (as

it is available for N3 type) in report IW28/29.

Can we have downtime duration for N2 & N4 above reports?

Also effect field is required for N2 & N4 under system info tab as available for N3 type

Thanks in advance.

Hi Don

Select N2 Notification for modification and ensure that Screen Structure for Extended View contains 10\TAB05 tab.

Or You may open M2 Notification structure and add missing tabs and Screens

I suspect tab 10\TAB05 is not included while configuring N2 & N4

Hi Don

Actually M1, M2 .... etc are standard notification types. Those N1, N2 .... etc might have copied with reference to standard notification for different purposes.

Down time calculation screen needs to be included in the Notification through configuration. Please refer BBP documents and purpose of each Notification before changing config.

Thanks

Dear Atual,

Here N2 belongs to Preventive maintenance type and N4 belongs to Predictive maintenance. Now guide me how to proceed with.

Thanks

hi

kindly cross check with the notification type M2 ,for the screen groups where the malfunction data is present and get assigned to your notification type N2 and N4.

the breakdown indicator only reflectes breakdown duration in the maintenance history and the update group assinged to the notification in IMG

Hi Don,

If N2 and N4 are the notificatin types defined in your system .. then check whether you have configured all the screen structures in simple and extended view as per spro >PM->maintenance and service processing -

>maintenance and service notificatins -

>overview of notification type

you should have screen area 035 & 040 .. for breakdown tick i guess ..

and while creating the notification in iw21 mark the breakdown tick ...
