Problem in cancelling doc through MF41.

Hi Gurus,

When trying to cancel a document that has been incorrectly with MFBF I get the following errors. "Post Processing records exist" When I click to go on the transaction terminates.

Please advise how do i cancel the document now.

Hi,

just check in MF47 & COGI for documenet

if exists then clear those

then try to cancle the document

which will serve the purpose

Naveen,

Looks like there is error records for the goods movement. Please execute transactions MF47 & COGI and try clearing the records from these transaction. Once this is successful here you can try MF41.

Correct the Post processing error through MF45 or COGI.
