[API Portal] Service Unavailable on Hana Trial Cloud Platform Cockpit. When will it be up?

Trying to access API Portal at:

https://account.hanatrial.ondemand.com/cockpit#/acc/xxxTrial/service/apimgmt/overview

And get the following response:

Is the problem on my side?

When will the service be up again?

    Dear Germans,


    There was an outage today on multiple regions of the SAP Cloud Platform. Engineers have found and addressed an issue within the Network setup which returned most of the services to normal operations. All platform services have now recovered. Please check connection now.
