[API Portal] Service Unavailable on Hana Trial Cloud Platform Cockpit. When will it be up?

Trying to access API Portal at:

https://account.hanatrial.ondemand.com/cockpit#/acc/xxxTrial/service/apimgmt/overview

And get the following response:

Is the problem on my side?

When will the service be up again?

The problem persists... On multiple trial accounts

Dear Germans,


There was an outage today on multiple regions of the SAP Cloud Platform. Engineers have found and addressed an issue within the Network setup which returned most of the services to normal operations. All platform services have now recovered. Please check connection now.

Thank you for your reply. The problem is still not resolved. Particularly for the API Portal and the WebIDE Services. API Portal's UI doesn't load with the page. API Designer does not load. Oftentimes the page doesn't load (or the load times exceed the server set limit) and when it does, a crash with a following message occurs:

"An unexpected error occurred while updating this page and it may show unexpected behavior. If the problem persists, please open a support ticket."

Please resolve.
