LSO Followed up Courses not expanding in Course Catalog

Hi Friends,

The Client is faced with a peculiar situation. There are 4 courses in the 'Followed up' status with the max. and min. capacity limits set as 100.

The Courses were firmly booked and then followed up, earlier this year. However, they do NOT expand in the Course Catalog.

When I run the report 'participant statistics', there is no information that is displayed relevant to object type 'E'. Course Related Reports like Course Date/Information run fine.

Has anybody faced a similar situation? If yes, please let me know. It will be a great help as I am at a standstill.

I faced a similar problem in LSO_PVCT.Pls refer this thread.

In LSO_PVCT , goto Path Settings ->Change Settings. Here Change the Period accordingly ie use the Date range as 01/01/1900.Once you change the period , login to the tcode again,you should be able to find the course. . This same settings applies to other catalog tcodes like LSO_PSV2

Well.

Thanks a ton, folks.

However, I have tried all of the options--

1. Setting the Master Data View Tab and Filter Settings to 'ALL'

2. Trying to check the data in other Menus ( Information Menu etc)

3. Confirmed the course dates

However, strangely when I run the participation report no data is pulled for the three set of courses in the 'followed up' status. This is puzzling me even though the course information reports pull up the data.

Baffled, I guess!:)

Hi,

If the events are followed up historically, they do not appear in the menu as well as statistics.

Do not tick the checkbox in PV15 transaction while following up events.

However, if you historically record the course one cannot make changes. It will still show up in the Course Catalog with the status 'Historically Recorded" in LSO_PSV2.

I am still unable to figure out as to why certain followed up courses won't expland in the Course Menu. The Capacity Limits are also set as appropriate.

Hi,

In the PSV2 menu, check the settings for Filter conditions on Business events.

Under Change Settings (CtrlShiftF5) in the Dynamic Menus tab, Filter Sub tab select ALL for each of the criteria.

This probably would help you see the event in the menu.
